Mr. Kaufman brings Regeneration Capital Group more than thirty years of experience and achievement as a financial services executive with a strong emphasis on debt-related transactions. In addition to his proven expertise in the development and execution of successful capital formation strategies, Mr. Kaufman possesses extensive quantitative strengths, coupled with significant due diligence capabilities, as well as substantial experience in financial modeling.

Mr. Kaufman is also well versed in securities and corporate law. Mr. Kaufman also has extensive operating experience with both public and private companies serving in various senior management capacities. From 2001-2004, he was President of Cross Media Marketing Corporation, a New York-based direct marketing company listed on the American Stock Exchange with more than 1,000 employees at its height. He also co-founded Applied Digital Data Systems, a New York Stock Exchange-listed company engaged in the manufacturing and sale of computer hardware, which was eventually sold to NCR.

From 1990-2000, Mr. Kaufman was President of 21st Funding, a New York-based company he founded, which was principally engaged in the placement of debt financing for middle market companies. During that period Mr. Kaufman arranged more that $200 million of senior secured, junior secured and unsecured debt for more than 50 public and private companies in transactions ranging from $1 million to $55 million.
