Mr. Kaufman brings Regeneration Capital Group more than thirty years of experience and achievement as a financial services executive with a strong emphasis on debt-related transactions. While President of 21st Funding a New York-based company he founded, Mr. Kaufman arranged more that $200 million of senior secured, junior secured and unsecured debt for more than 50 public and private companies in transactions ranging from $1 million to $55 million.

Mr. Kaufman also has extensive operating experience with both public and private companies serving in various senior management capacities. From 2001-2004, he was President of Cross Media Marketing Corporation, an AMEX listed direct marketing company with more than 1,000 employees at its height. He also co-founded Applied Digital Data Systems, a New York Stock Exchange-listed company engaged in the manufacturing and sale of computer hardware, which was eventually sold to NCR.
