The growth capital will typically take the form of a PIPE structure closing simultaneously with a reverse merger or Alternative Public Offering (APO) or an initial public offering (IPO). Regeneration targets companies that have a minimum of $50 million in revenues and a history of profitability and growth. The company must be able to demonstrate that an infusion of capital will materially accelerate this growth and earnings.
