Regeneration seeks to partner with superior management teams responsible for high growth private companies throughout the world that desire additional capital and public listing on US exchanges.  The Regeneration management team is especially focused on major emerging world markets such as China and India.


Regeneration’s China-based executives are available to assess private Chinese companies that are profitable, have seasoned and sophisticated management, are seeking capital for growth and have decided to access capital markets via public listing on US exchanges. The growth capital will typically take the form of a PIPE structure closing simultaneously with a reverse merger or Alternative Public Offering (APO). We target companies that have a minimum of $50 million in revenue and a history of positive EBITDA. Growth may be planned through acquisition or internal operations, but the company must be able to demonstrate that an infusion of capital will materially accelerate growth and earnings.

Regeneration will partner with private Chinese companies in all industries and geographical regions.  Focusing only on growth companies with increasing revenues and earnings, Regeneration and its associates perform a thorough analysis of fundamentals with a focus on cash flow before entering into a financing for the company.
